Ilunga— The Rebirth of A Myth

This is a poem written for the film Chibinda: The Rebirth of a Myth. Chibinda is a reflection on displaced objects via the process of colonisation and how we can reclaim these objects and their narratives. The Rebirth of A  Myth engages with re-appropriation as a process of reconnecting our bodies and spirits to our heritage.
